Vines and Lodges was designed following a natural subdivision, which respects the topography of the environment, ideal for sharing special moments, away from the hustle and bustle of the city.
Divided in three areas, Land Lots Cellar Area, Land Lots Vineyards area and Lodges vineyards area.
The Land Lots Cellar Area is conformed by lots and the cellar. In the Land Lots Vineyards Area you will find lots and most of the vineyards. Also in this area the hotel, the gym, the spa and the pool. In the Lodges Vineyards Area you will find hygge lodges and the rest of the vineyards.
The lots have an average of 0,40 acres, 1500m2, there are different types and sizes. The concept of construction is hygge architecture and the nordic line is what makes the architecture of the project stand out.
The topography with gentle slopes and the various microclimates ranging from small forests, canyons, streams to suggestive views towards the large mountains are the greatest asset of the place.
